Weekly Farmer’s Market Menu

This is our base menu for farmer’s market season (aka the items that will be available each and every week). We also run a lot of seasonal and weekly specials every week which are announced on our instagram stories on Friday. See you at the first market on May 2nd!

Please note that we do not take pre-orders for the farmer’s market unless it is a large order of over $100 (please email to inquire). This page is just a way to see what we offer, pricing, and full ingredients lists to plan your visit - all items are marked out of stock as pre-ordering is not available.

We change the flavors out of hand pies, crumble bars, savory scones, special croissant item, and vegan items weekly and we typically offer 2 cold specials each week - a cruffin and cake option. In addition, there are often 2 speciality items per week, such as a tea cake, bar, or twice bake croissant.

  • Chocolate Mousse Cake

    Chocolate Mousse Cake

    A slice of dark chocolate cake and dark chocolate mousse, topped with Rum based ganache. Garnished with chocolate curls and tricolored croispearls.

  • Pecan and Maple Croissant

    Maple Pecan Croissant

    A twice baked croissant: our Isigny butter croissants, cut in half and brushed with maple simple syrup and filled and topped with pecan frangipane cream before its 2nd bake. Topped with maple meringue and chopped pecans.

    3 Layer Coffee Caramel Brownie

    Our gluten free almond brownies, topped with a layer of milk chocolate coffee custard and a whipped caramel. Finished with freshly whipped cream, chocolate curls, chocolate covered coffee beans, and coffee flakes.

  • Key Lime Cheesecake

    Key Lime Cheesecake

    A layer of gingersnap crust, topped with lime cheesecake, key lime curd, and finished with a layer of meringue.

  • Strawberry Angel Food Cake

    Vanilla angel food cake, strawberry jam and chopped strawberries using Wilson’s Orchard strawberries, and freshly whipped cream.

  • 5 Layer Peanut Butter Pie

    Graham cracker crust, Peanut Ganache, Peanut Butter cup cream, Peanut Milk Chocolate Mousse, Dark Chocolate Ganache. Topped with freshly whipped cream, chocolate curls, chopped Reece’s, and crispearls.

  • Raspberry & White Chocolate Cruffin

    Raspberry Jam made with freshly picked raspberries from Wilson’s Orchard. White Chocolate crémeux made with Cacao Barry Zephyr white chocolate.
